Enjoy our large home with a master suite on the 1st floor and three large bedrooms and a sitting area on the 2nd floor. Outdoors, you can enjoy the patio with furniture & a grill or take a walk in the neighborhood (sidewalks!) and looks at the multiple water features. The clubhouse with a gas firepit, fitness center, pool & playground is just a minute's walk away as are the tennis & pickleball courts.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN HOME. Additional cleaning fee ($500) if smoking in rental occurs. Primary Renter must be 25 or older. *Please respect the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to quiet enjoyment of their home. *Loud Music and noise are prohibited. Quiet times are 10pm to 9am, use common sense Primary Renter must be 25 or older*Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy. *Only Registered Guests shall occupy the Rental Property. *All rental properties are designated for residential use consistent with the local codes. Prom groups, large groups, receptions or like/kind events are not allowed. *Cars parked on premises shall not exceed parking capacity of property. *Parking in neighboring driveways of rental property is prohibited. Vehicles will not be driven or parked on grass or other parts of the property that can cause damage. *Motor homes, campers, and tents are prohibited and may not be parked or hooked up at rental property. *Help keep our neighborhoods clean! Garbage will be bagged securely and disposed of at the time of check out. *Please lock doors and windows whenever not in the house *Please rinse off any excess sand before entering to avoid tracking sand into the house. Sand left in the shower requiring a plumber will incur a $200 service fee, deducted from the deposit *Please do not apply spray sunscreen inside the house, and don’t sit on furniture with sunscreen on *Please, no food (including gum and candy) or drinks other than water in the bedrooms *Please DO NOT move furniture around. Please put any items moved back in their original location prior to check-out, additional $50 surcharge will be deducted from deposit if furniture is not left in original location and needs to be moved *Excessive cleaning required will incur a $75-$250 surcharge, deducted from deposit (spills, carpet/furniture stains, trash, food left in kitchen, failure to run dishwasher/washing machine) *Trash must be placed in outside receptacle upon checkout *COMMUNITY RULES: Provided driveway and garage parking should be utilized first. Parked cars may not block sidewalks. No towels/blankets/clothing may be hung over the outside railings. *We Love our home, we love our neighborhood and our neighbors.
