With two master bedrooms on the upper floor, each with their own private bathroom, and a large bedroom with dual queen beds on the bottom floor, this house is ready for your company. Each floor has it's own deck/balcony.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN HOME. Additional cleaning fee ($500) if smoking in rental occurs. Primary Renter must be 25 or older. *Please respect the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to quiet enjoyment of their home. *Loud Music and noise are prohibited. Quiet times are 10pm to 9am, use common sense Primary Renter must be 25 or older*Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy. *Only Registered Guests shall occupy the Rental Property. *All rental properties are designated for residential use consistent with the local codes. Prom groups, large groups, receptions or like/kind events are not allowed. *Cars parked on premises shall not exceed parking capacity of property. *Parking in neighboring driveways of rental property is prohibited. Vehicles will not be driven or parked on grass or other parts of the property that can cause damage. *Motor homes, campers, and tents are prohibited and may not be parked or hooked up at rental property. *Help keep our neighborhoods clean! Garbage will be bagged securely and disposed of at the time of check out. *Please lock doors and windows whenever not in the house *Please rinse off any excess sand before entering to avoid tracking sand into the house. Sand left in the shower requiring a plumber will incur a $200 service fee, deducted from the deposit *Please do not apply spray sunscreen inside the house, and don’t sit on furniture with sunscreen on *Please, no food (including gum and candy) or drinks other than water in the bedrooms *Please DO NOT move furniture around. Please put any items moved back in their original location prior to check-out, additional $50 surcharge will be deducted from deposit if furniture is not left in original location and needs to be moved *Excessive cleaning required will incur a $75-$250 surcharge, deducted from deposit (spills, carpet/furniture stains, trash, food left in kitchen, failure to run dishwasher/washing machine) *Trash must be placed in outside receptacle upon checkout *COMMUNITY RULES: Provided driveway and garage parking should be utilized first. Swimming Pool The community pool, located in the southeast section of the community and adjacent to the Club House, welcomes guests to cool off and relax. Don't forget your sunscreen! Access the pool using your electronic keyfob. Please note all parking spaces just outside the pool area require a valid parking pass. Pool is seasonal, open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Clubhouse & Gym Relax in the clubhouse, attend a community meeting, or inquire about renting the space for your own private party. Located next to the pool and open year round 5:00 am until 12:00 am daily. Direct access to Junction and Breakwater Trail Access this magnificent 6.4 mile pine-studded rail-trail using the combination lock found on the private community cate. Enjoy this trail which runs from Gills Neck Road in Lewes to the Rehoboth Beach and provides a perfect nature retreat. The trail is mostly crushed stone, except for the last 0.2 mile near Rehoboth, when it becomes asphalt. As it is well traveled by locals and tourists alike, be sure to remember your trail etiquette. You will be sharing the mostly flat route with bicyclists, walkers, runners, wheelchair users, and families with strollers and dogs.
