Prom groups, large groups, receptions or like/kind events are not allowed. *Cars parked on premises shall not exceed parking capacity of property. *Parking in neighboring driveways of rental property is prohibited. Vehicles will not be driven or parked on grass or other parts of the property that can cause damage. *Motor homes, campers, and tents are prohibited and may not be parked or hooked up at rental property. *Help keep our neighborhoods clean! Garbage will be bagged securely and disposed of at the time of check out. *Please lock doors and windows whenever not in the house *Please rinse off any excess sand before entering to avoid tracking sand into the house. Sand left in the shower requiring a plumber will incur a $200 service fee, deducted from the deposit *Please do not apply spray sunscreen inside the house, and don’t sit on furniture with sunscreen on *Please, no food (including gum and candy) or drinks other than water in the bedrooms *Please DO NOT move furniture around. This two-level home is accessed via two steps at the entryway. Although this rental does not allow guest pets, the homeowner does have a dog that sometimes visits the property. You’ll have your own washer and dryer inside the home that you can use.
