We loved staying at Morten's condo! He is great at communicating all the needed information to stay at his condo. It is a beautiful condo, close to the pool and gym, has plenty of TV's and games to play and also has a few beach chairs and pool noodles to use while you stay for the week. We will definitely be back! Thank you for letting us vacation in your condo!!

We were very happy and comfortable with our Airbnb. The neighbors and neighborhood were very friendly. Having a pool was a game changer especially because we have a one year old. So many options for things to do….The beach, boardwalk, local shops, restaurants, mini golf, shopping….. Also worth mentioning, having a washer and dryer was very useful!!! We will definitely book with Nancy in the future!!

Second time staying in this community. Very accurate description. One of the pools is directly across the street from the property which helps. Beach chairs were available in the garage along with some pool noodles which the kids enjoyed.

We have stayed at Nancy’s townhome two summers in a row. The townhome is spacious and comfortable. Perfect when traveling with family! Everyone has their own bedroom with a bathroom attached. The kitchen, dining and living room areas are a perfect place for the family to gather. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and outlets. The pool is an added bonus. Always a great stay in Rehoboth Beach!

We had a great week in the townhouse. It was very clean and a great location across from one of the neighborhood pools. Morten was very communicative regarding check in/check out instructions, and was proactive in checking in during the week to make sure everything was going well. We would most definitely stay here again.

Morten was an amazing host! He was very attentive & responded to my messages quickly. He checked in with me throughout the week to make sure my family and I were enjoying our stay, and to ask if we needed anything or had questions. Along with that, his house was absolutely beautiful. It looked just like the pictures shown and was very clean. My family and I have been going on family beach vacations yearly to Bethany Beach, and Morten’s place was by far the cleanest. We were very impressed. The community the house was located in was very peaceful & everyone was very friendly. The amenities were a plus as well!

This is the second consecutive year we’ve stayed at the home. It’s beautiful, close to the beach, and has so many amenities within the community. My wife and kids love coming here. Morten is responsive and very proactive with communications. Can’t recommend this property enough.

From booking the townhouse through entire stay, Nancy and other hosts were amazing. Beautiful 3 floor townhouse with plenty of room, immaculate, decorated nicely and had everything we needed for a wonderful week by Rehoboth beach. First time renting an Airbnb. Typically we are hotel people. With large group this was more economical & best choice ever! Warm inviting space, proximity to beach/boardwalk, restaurants and outlets all within 5 minute ride! Fully equipped kitchen plus garage full of everything you need for beach..chairs, boogie boards and cooler. Community pool access is great way to end the day. Loved our stay here! If we visit again in future, we absolutely will book here again. So much room, so comfy like a home away from home. Thank you Nancy for an amazing week!

Absolutely loved everything about Morten’s air bnb. Everything was super clean and the location was perfect! In a quiet neighbourhood and close to all the amazing beaches. So many amazing amenities too-right across the street from the beautiful pool, park and gym and there’s also another pool and gym to enjoy right up the road. The views in the backyard were pretty with the water and the fountains. Thank you so much, Morten!
